Welcome to Wt Trainings. By enrolling in our training programs or using our website (https://wttrainings.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, online gateway, or in-person (where available).
- All prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent with training details.
2. Discounts & Offers
- Early Bird Discount: Available for participants who register before the specified deadline. Late registrations will not be eligible.
- Group Discount: Available for groups of 5 or more people registering together. Each person receives a flat PKR 2,000 discount.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
At Wt Trainings, we follow a strict no refund policy for all our training program in-person
🚫 Once payment is made:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Inability to attend
- Late arrival or no-show
- If a participant cannot attend a scheduled training, we may offer a seat in a future batch (subject to availability and management approval), but no cash refund will be provided.
4. Training Delivery
- Trainings are delivered onsite (in-person), unless otherwise mentioned.
- Wt Trainings reserves the right to change the venue, trainer, date, or schedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants are expected to be punctual, respectful, and adhere to professional conduct during the session.
5. Certificate Policy
- Certificates will be awarded to participants who attend all sessions and complete required tasks (if applicable) and passed the exam .
- Certificates may be shared in physical or digital format.
6. Use of Training Materials
- All training materials (slides, documents, videos) are for personal learning use only.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of materials is strictly prohibited.
- Wt Trainings retains copyright and ownership of all training content unless otherwise stated.
7. Privacy & Data Usage
- By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your data will not be shared with third parties except as needed for training-related communication and logistics.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Wt Trainings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our training programs.
- Participants are responsible for their own equipment, belongings, and learning during the training.
9. Code of Conduct
- Wt Trainings maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
- Any participant violating this policy may be removed from the training without a refund.
